She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Health Care Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. With more than 18 years of experience utilizing standardized methodology in internal audit, process improvement, and risk management, Niesheia brings a strong background in assurance, consulting, internal controls, and corporate governance. She is a Commissioned Notary for the State of Kentucky and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors as well as the National Notary Association. Known for building strong cross-functional teams and identifying practical solutions, Niesheia has a passion and discipline in helping clients increase return on investment by streamlining processes resulting in gap closures that create lasting business value.
