Booking & Refund Policy

1. Due to resource limitation, note that high priority, quick turnaround, and or emergency request(s) will be approved or declined based on capacity and available resources. If timeline changes after request is accepted but before work has begun, a refund will be issued, if applicable, if the request cannot be fulfilled. (*) (**)

2. Each booking request will be evaluated based on capacity and will be responded to at earliest convenience.

3. Any changes to agreed upon services after the work has started will be subjected to review and potentially declined due to capacity/resources or cancellation of the service. It is imperative to have a good understanding of the request and/or thoughtful questions to ensure deliverable aligns with expectation. (*)(**)

4. No shows or cancelled sessions are subject to $25 cancellation fee. Note, each cancellation may have impact on overall deliverable and time committed to project. Multiple cancellations could result in a cancellation of the entire project. (*)

5. If the appointment is cancelled to no fault of the client then additional time will be provided for packages or the next session is free for hourly rate or service fees. Applies to Advisory request only.

6. Each session there may be requested items that are needed prior to session. Ensure items are available and/or sent at the time requested as this can also impact timing and deliverable with no refunds. Note, for Advisory services recommendations are based on complete information and documentation received during the evaluation phase.

7. Advisory Services: For hourly rate services any additional sessions booked to discuss potential mitigation strategies will be billed at hourly rate. Any packaged service(s) will be provided two free sessions to discuss mitigation strategies.
